Lease access and funding invoices: written steps
Who does this: Sales reps, sales managers and lease administrators
Reps should work their own book of business, and a funding invoice should go to the leasing company once, unless you mean to send another.
This training covers
- The Leases list for a rep
- Creating a second funding invoice on purpose
Before you start
- Give your reps the Sales Rep role.
- Managers and administrators see every lease.
- Reassigning a customer moves their leases with them.
Lease access and funding invoices
- Leases list as a rep: only their customers' leases.
- On the lease, click Create Funding Invoice.
- Confirm to create another, or Discard.
What you just did
- Saw a rep's Leases list hold only their customers' leases
- Saw the confirmation before a second funding invoice
That's lease access and funding invoices. Next up, Chapter 5: greatAmerica Bank updates.
