With more than 30 years in the office technology industry, Dondra brings a hands-on understanding of service operations, administration, and business process improvement.
She began in service dispatch and inventory management before moving into contracts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and leasing. Today, she helps small businesses make better use of e-automate through training, workflow analysis, best practices, and more efficient daily processes.
Her background also includes ERP conversions and experience across Lacross, DDMS, and OMD. Dondra also serves as director of transactional accounting at NEXERA.
