You are accountable for moving work cleanly and predictably through our delivery lifecycle:
New → Requirements → Backlog → In Progress → Testing → Approved for Release → Done
You respect gates, documentation, ownership boundaries, and release controls. You do not work “off the books,” skip steps, or bypass the system.
Responsibilities
- Own the Task Lifecycle (Non-Negotiable)
- Lead Functional Discovery & Requirement Authoring
- Distinguish Custom Requests vs. Scalable Product Opportunities
- Drive UAT and Final Acceptance
- Manage Priority, Capacity, and Expectations
- Lead Projects End-to-End
Preferred Experience
- Managed Print Services Industry
- Familiarity with ERP Implementations
- Hands-on experience with Odoo
- Background in CRM and Systems Management
- Project Management and development
Required Expertise
Odoo Functional Mastery
- Core applications (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Website)
- Business workflows and configuration patterns
- Record rules, access control, and functional implications
- Knowing when configuration is sufficient and when development is required
