We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify leads for our sales team through outbound prospecting efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales. While previous experience in software sales, CRM sales, marketing sales, and proficiency in Excel are preferred, they are not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Job would be remote after training.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified lead generation.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
